MashUp of 3 articles

Power in this modern age is to be propelled to a God-Like status. It is the ability to have “a flat out disregard for what you think”; to speak and lead groups of people.

To thrive on your “own original energy” so your “collections are completely an expression of [yourself]”. To embrace the chance to be innovative. A willingness to try new things-accepting the “internet as a decisive political advantage”; “insisting on handling a personal smart phone”. And most of all having the gift of “adaptability”-to ensure a chance of survival in the modern world.

Power is about being “independent and thoughtful”-the role of setting “just the right trend”; recognising you are an ordinary human granted with the opportunity to lead. A “skinny kid with a funny name” but a "chance to make change a theme for your campaign.” “A one time communist and mime student from Milan who takes over her family's dusty luggage company and turns it into a luxury conglomerate”. “A fairly simple, local thing--a string of with a enthusiastic but thin voice” but being “unafraid of a good fight. And knowing more often than not [you] can win.”
